Some favorites that my kids love:

opponent, first one to laugh loses)
Otera no Oshousan and Chatsubo (hand clapping games)
Yuubin'ya-san, otoshimono... (jumprope)

I also love traditional games like "Kagome" "Hiraita Hiraita"
